Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our products, click any item to view details, select your size, then click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now via WhatsApp". When ready, open your cart and tap "Order via WhatsApp" — your full order is sent directly to us and we confirm within a few hours.
Do I need an account to shop?
No account needed! Simply browse, add to cart and checkout via WhatsApp. Your cart is saved in your browser so you can continue shopping later.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Telebirr, CBE Birr, cash on delivery and bank transfer. Payment details are shared with you once your order is confirmed via WhatsApp.
Can I order multiple items at once?
Absolutely. Add as many items as you want to your cart and checkout once. Your full order summary with all items and the total is sent in one WhatsApp message.
Can I order by phone instead of WhatsApp?
Yes! Call or text us at +251 912 345 678 and we'll take your order over the phone. WhatsApp is preferred so we can share photos and confirm details easily.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Addis Ababa typically takes 1–2 business days. For other cities it can take 3–5 business days. We'll give you an estimated date when we confirm your order.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for orders over ETB 500. For smaller orders a flat fee of ETB 50–100 applies depending on your location. The exact fee is confirmed before you pay.
Do you deliver outside Addis Ababa?
Yes! We deliver to most major cities in Ethiopia including Dire Dawa, Hawassa, Bahir Dar, Mekelle and more via courier. Contact us for availability in your specific area.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched we'll send you a tracking update via WhatsApp. For Addis Ababa deliveries our delivery person contacts you directly. For other cities a courier tracking number is provided.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final and cannot be returned. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
How do I exchange for a different size?
Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order with your order details and the size you need. We'll arrange a swap if the size is available — exchange delivery is free.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We're sorry! Take a photo of the item and send it to us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — no questions asked.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after we receive the returned item, sent back via the same payment method you used (Telebirr, CBE Birr, or bank transfer).
Selling on Sisay Store
How do I become a seller?
It's free and simple! Fill in our Seller Registration form. Our team reviews your application within 24 hours and contacts you via WhatsApp to get you started.
Is there a fee to list products?
No listing fees. It's completely free to join and list your products. We only charge a small commission on successful sales — the rate is agreed during your onboarding.
How do customers order from my shop?
When a customer clicks "Order via WhatsApp", their full order details are sent directly to your WhatsApp number. You confirm, handle payment and arrange delivery directly with the customer.
Who adds my products to the site?
Our admin team adds your products after your registration is approved. Just send us your product photos, names, prices and descriptions via WhatsApp and we'll have them live within 24 hours.
Can I update or remove my products?
Yes — message us on WhatsApp any time and we'll update prices, photos or descriptions, or remove out-of-stock items. Updates are done within a few hours.
Account & Privacy
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We only collect your name and contact info for order fulfilment. We never share your information with third parties or use it for advertising.
Is it safe to order online?
Absolutely. Orders go through WhatsApp which is end-to-end encrypted. We never ask for passwords or sensitive financial information. Payment is confirmed directly between you and our team.
How do I save items for later?
Tap the heart icon ❤️ on any product to add it to your wishlist. Your wishlist is saved in your browser — click the heart in the top navigation bar to view saved items anytime.
