How ordering works
All orders are placed via WhatsApp. Once you send your order from our store, our team confirms availability, shares payment details and arranges delivery â all within a few hours.
Same-day dispatch
Orders confirmed and paid before 2:00 PM on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders after 2 PM or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.
Order tracking
Once dispatched, we send a WhatsApp update. For Addis Ababa our delivery person contacts you directly. For other cities a courier tracking number is provided.

Items must be unused and unwashed, in original condition with all tags still attached, returned in original or similar packaging.
â Items we cannot accept back
The following cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items (marked SALE)
- Items that have been worn, washed or altered
- Items without original tags
- Underwear or intimate apparel
- Items returned after 7 days
How to return an item

Send a photo
Send a clear photo of the item showing its current condition. This helps us process your return quickly.

We arrange collection
Our team will collect the item from your location. For Addis Ababa, collection is free. For other cities you may need to drop it at a courier office.

Refund or exchange processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange is processed within 2â3 business days.
Free size exchange
Message us within 7 days of delivery. Tell us your order and the size you need. If available, we send the replacement and collect the original at no extra cost.
If your size isn't available
We'll offer you a full refund or store credit to use on another product â your choice.
Refund timeline
Refunds are processed within 2â3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refund methods
Refunds are sent via your original payment method â Telebirr, CBE Birr or bank transfer. Cash refunds available for cash-on-delivery orders.
Original delivery fee is non-refundableUnless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, we'll make it right immediately â no questions asked.
